Description About the Role This newly created Quality & Data Clinician role offers the opportunity to combine your nursing expertise with data-driven insights to transform care outcomes. Based in Scarborough, with hybrid work options and occasional travel to our other sites (Wooloowin, Logan, Gold Coast, Melbourne), this is a full-time position where you’ll play a critical role in leading quality and compliance across BallyCara’s services. Key responsibilities of this role include: Lead quality improvement initiatives across Residential, Support at Home, Wellness, and Retirement Village services. Analyse and interpret clinical data to drive improvements in care outcomes. Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, the Quality Indicator Program, and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance to staff on quality systems and evidence-based practices. Collaborate across teams to ensure audits, reports, and data insights are accurate, timely, and actionable. About you We are seeking a Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered & practicing) with a flair for data and a talent for turning insights into transformative improvements in care services. To succeed, you’ll bring: Experience in quality, compliance, and data analysis within aged care or healthcare, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements. Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, quality standards, and care management systems, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance. Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage stakeholders across multiple teams and foster shared ownership of quality outcomes.
