* 2–4 years of professional C#/.NET engineering with solid OO & SOLID instincts.
* Ability to explain complex ideas clearly in technical documentation.
* Familiarity with RESTful microservices & modern DevOps workflows.
Skills in Azure (AKS, Functions), DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Kubernetes/Docker, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), Kafka/RabbitMQ, ADR/C4 are required, along with open-source or community contributions.
