Job Description
Responsibilities of the Part Time - Finance Officer * Payment of all supplier's invoices in line with the agreed credit terms.* Process the reimbursements of staff expenses.* Ensure timely and correct coding and postings of all expenditures and payments.* Ensure real time update of the SAGE Fixed Assets module with all additions and disposals.* Prompt monthly reconciliation and control over fixed assets, creditors and staff debtors adhering to agreed deadlines every month.* Excellent customer service delivery to internal and external customers.* Support the Finance Director in monitoring compliance to company policies and procedures on expenditures and payments.

3. Begun working on a relevant financial qualification or
4. Had experience in a similar role. Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
5. Previous use of SAGE Line50 or other equivalent accounting software.
