* Knowledge of networking, focusing on Ubiquiti Unifi and Mikrotik
* Expertise in Windows Server, including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Hyper-V/VMware
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure, including administration, migrations, and security best practices
* Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux
* Experience with PSA & RMM tools such as NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar
* Awareness of cyber security best practices, including patching, MFA, and endpoint protection
