Your new role
As a Payroll Officer, you will process internal payroll across three jurisdictions - UK, Isle of Man and ROI.
You will calculate wages based on hours work and administer the payments to in excess of 1500 staff. You will be accurate and efficient using payroll role will involve the following:
•Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, sickness etc with assistance of an integrated software system.
•Check hours worked is correctly calculated for employees
•Upload payslips and respond to any queries that may arise
•Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
•Keep track of rates, wages,pensation benefit rates, new hire information etc
•Prepare reports for Senior Management and Finance dept as needed
•Receive approval for payment from Senior Management when required
•Review pension uploads and deal with queries as they arise
What you'll need to succeed
•CIPP Qualified or have at least 3 years payroll experience
•Good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
•Solid understanding of payroll, HMRC and Auto-enrolment
•Be an excellentmunicator
•Understanding of P11d processing
•Be organised, trustworthy and pay great attention to the means of confidentiality
•Knowledge of ROI would be a huge advantage
