£11,326 to £11,901 actual salary
At the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic Course Information Assistant to join our professional frontline service, to be the first point of contact for future learners.
Your work with us will help shape first impressions, empower potential students, and help guide people towards life changing opportunities
What you will do:
1. Offer initial advice and guidance to help prospective learners choose the right path
2. Maintain and update enquiry records through our client information database
3. Answer queries via telephone, email, live chat and face to face
4. Track and follow up enquiries, supporting learners throughout their journey]
5. Work closely with teaching and support staff to provide accurate and timely information
6. Prepare and send course information mailouts to prospective learners
7. Represent the Group at external events, such as open days and exhibitions
8. Provide monthly enquiry reports and statistics to support marketing and curriculum teams

You will have:
9. GCSE in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
10. Level 3 qualification in Advice & Guidance, Customer Service or Business Administration is desirable, but you must be willing to study Advice & Guidance Level 3 upon appointment
11. An IT qualification, such as CLAIT ECDL or equivalent, or significant IT experience is desirable
