Hexcel is looking for a dynamic Senior People Advisor to join our team in Duxford, UK. This is a key role where you'll partner with leaders, shape HR strategy, and support employees across the UK and Asia Pacific.

At Hexcel, you'll join a collaborative HR team where you'll shape people practices, coach managers, and lead on complex employee‑relations matters — all while helping us build a positive, inclusive culture.
What You Will Do:
Lead and manage complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance).
Provide expert advice to managers and directors, building capability and confidence.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles, and HR initiatives.
Act as deputy to the HR Manager when needed.
Partner on workforce planning and change projects.
Deliver training, guidance, and policy support.
Produce HR data insights to help inform decisions.
Collaborate with APAC sites to ensure consistent global HR support
Qualifications:
CIPD qualification (Chartered preferred) or equivalent experience
Strong generalist background with deep employee‑relations expertise
Ability to coach, influence, and build trusted relationships
High emotional intelligence, resilience, and sound judgment
Excellent organisation and multi‑tasking skills
Confident, clear communicator with a proactive mindset
