Are you an experienced B2B events and marketing professional who loves turning ideas into unforgettable experiences? In this role, you’ll own the strategy, conception and delivery of major European events and tradeshows - live, virtual and hybrid. You’ll work closely with our Digital and Marketing Europe team, vendors and senior stakeholders across TD SYNNEX to deliver innovative, high‑impact events that excite our partners and customers.
This role can be based in the UK or Barcelona.

What You’ll Be Doing
7. Lead the strategy, planning and delivery of major European events (live, virtual and hybrid).
8. Manage a portfolio of flagship internal and external events end‑to‑end.
9. Introduce innovation and best practices to elevate event experience.
10. Collaborate with business units and country marketing teams to shape scalable event concepts.
11. Develop and support sponsorship packages with vendor marketing teams.
12. Oversee budgets, financial planning, cost control and performance reporting.
13. Manage contracts, agencies, providers and event support teams.
14. Drive attendance management and optimise event participation.
15. Manage and enhance our online event platform.
16. Lead on‑site event operations and stakeholder communications.
What You’ll Bring
17. Strong B2B marketing and events experience, including large in‑person events.
18. Experience with vendor funding, sponsorships and IT‑sector partner engagement.
19. Knowledge of marketing/event tools and modern delivery processes.
20. Confidence working with senior stakeholders up to C‑level.
21. Strong organisational and project leadership skills.
22. Comfortable working at pace on multiple complex projects.
23. Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
24. Creativity, resilience and a collaborative mindset.
25. Willingness to travel across Europe for events.
