An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Survey Auditor to join a well-established and forward-thinking independent surveying practice. This role is perfect for a qualified surveyor who takes pride in quality assurance, upholding professional standards and driving continuous improvement across surveying teams.
This is a remote role where you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant residential surveys and valuation reports. You’ll also contribute to training initiatives, promoting consistency and promoting best practices across the business.
Working Hours:
1. Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
2. Remote (occasional travel)
Survey Auditor Requirements:
3. AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
4. 3 years’ PQE in Residential Surveying
5. Experience in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Valuations.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
7. Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
8. Good understanding of property defects, construction terminology, and survey formats.
Our client is offering the successful Survey Auditor:
9. Basic salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)

The role of Survey Auditor will consist of:
14. Audit and review Level 2 and Level 3 surveys and residential valuation reports
15. Ensure full compliance with RICS standards, client instructions and internal procedures
16. Record and report audit outcomes
17. Provide constructive feedback to surveyors to improve report quality and consistency
18. Support training and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues
19. Liaise with the Management Team
