Our client is a blue chip name in the UK financial services sector. They have an exciting opportunity for a customer services exec to join their team based near Slough. The role is responsible for ensuring that customers receive outstanding service throughout the lifecycle of their financial agreement with the business. Key responsibilities include: * Effectively liaise with internal and external customers by telephone, letter and e-mail in response to queries. * Respond to all customer queries and requests in an accurate and timely manner. * Process transfer requests,amendments and refund requests on customer contracts in appropriate time-scales. * Ensure Customer Records are kept up to date and accurate. * Proactively support other team members in the delivery of outstanding service, e.g. taking calls and sharing workloads during peak periods.
