This role involves delivering high-quality teaching across multiple year groups, covering teachers' PPA time, and ensuring continuity of learning through well‑structured, engaging lessons. Have experience teaching across primary phases and delivering high‑quality lessons in a variety of subjects. Demonstrate strong classroom management, providing a calm, purposeful learning environment aligned with the school's caring ethos. Be able to adapt teaching to meet the needs of different classes and year groups. Show creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm in lesson planning and delivery. Work effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to the wider school community. Build strong relationships with pupils, maintaining high expectations and supporting their academic and personal development.
