Real Estate Finance & Investment Associate About the Role We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to join our growing real estate investment and development platform. This role bridges real estate finance, fund structuring, and private client advisory, providing direct exposure to property development projects, capital raising, and fund creation. You will work closely with the leadership team on financial analysis, structuring investments, and supporting strategic decision-making for real estate developments and private client opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build, refine, and maintain complex Excel financial models for real estate developments, funds, and investment scenarios. Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and board presentations for both institutional and private clients. Assist in the creation and structuring of real estate funds, including SPV and partnership setups. Conduct cash flow forecasting, scenario modelling, and project appraisals. Support due diligence, valuations, and capital raising activities. Liaise with external advisors (lawyers, surveyors, tax specialists, and fund administrators). Contribute to strategic analysis, market benchmarking, and investor reporting. Assist with private client investment structuring and financial performance tracking. Ideal Background ACA (newly or recently qualified; 0–3 years PQE from a practice / consulting advisory firm). Trained at a Big 4 or top 10 accounting firm — ideally within: Real Estate or Capital Projects Advisory, Deal Advisory / Transaction Services, Private Client or Corporate Finance. Experience in real estate finance, fund structuring, or investment advisory is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, scenario analysis, dynamic dashboards). Excellent PowerPoint and presentation design skills — ability to produce investor-ready decks and materials. Confident communicator with strong business writing and client interaction experience. Preferred Technical Skills Excel: advanced modelling, sensitivity analysis. PowerPoint: investor presentation design, financial storytelling. Power BI or data visualisation tools (nice to have). Understanding of SPV structures, REITs, LLPs, and fund accounting. Strong working knowledge of valuation, IRR, and NPV principles. Personal Attributes Commercially curious and highly numerate. Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation quality. Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive and solutions-driven.
