The post holder will contribute to both the Stroke Unit and the Early Supported Discharge Team, with duties divided on a 60:40 basis, supporting seamless patient care across the stroke pathway.

Essential criteria
 6. HCPC Registered AHP
 7. Advanced Clinical Practice qualification level 7
 8. Extensive post graduate clinical stroke/neuro experience in an acute/sub acute stroke team.
Desirable criteria
 9. Management and or Leadership course relevant to healthcare environment.
 10. Supplementary or independent prescriber.

Essential criteria
 11. Demonstrable experience of managing patient’s care at an advanced level of practice with specific knowledge and skills in a field of expertise within the stroke and neuro rehab context.
Desirable criteria
 12. Publication/Conference experience.
