What you’ll be doing
Lead the editorial strategy and content planning for the website, ensuring alignment with business goals and CRO objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of Website Editors, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Maintain editorial governance, including tone of voice, style guides, and workflows, while ensuring all content is compliant, user‑centric, and optimised for SEO and accessibility.
Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to deliver timely updates and support digital campaigns and product launches.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools to make data‑driven recommendations that enhance user experience and conversion.
What experience you’ll need to apply
* Proven experience in digital content management and editorial leadership.
* Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
* Experience managing and developing editorial teams.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and publishing workflows.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of financial services or regulated industries is desirable.
* Marketing, communication or similar qualification preferred.
