Our client is currently seeking a QS to manage financial aspects of data centre projects, ensuring cost efficiency, contract compliance, and risk mitigation while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Contract Administration: Handle variations, settlements, and dispute resolution.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
* Procurement: Manage subcontract agreements and material purchases.
* Client Relations: Provide project updates and attend meetings.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain financial records and cost analysis.
* Software & Tools: Use cost management systems, Construction ERP, and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum three years experience in quantity surveying or a related role.
2. Preferably degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
3. Strong contract management, procurement, and financial analysis skills.
