Our awesome Customer Services Assistants are responsible for ensuring efficient and appropriate responses to all guest feedback the Resort receives via phone, email, and online reviews. Our guests enjoy and appreciate sharing their feedback with us, and in turn the Customer Service Assistant can lead the way in representing the voice of the guest, ensuring they feel heard and valued. You will maintain a high standard of written email responses to our guests, meet response time targets on all forms of guest contact and decide upon appropriate resolution and compensation when resolving guest feedback, always keeping in mind the Merlin company values and LEGOLAND brand. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick.
