Monday-Friday 3-Shift - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
Our client is a leading multi-national FMCG manufacturing & packaging organisation that is growing as a business. They are looking for an electrical biases shift engineer to join their expanding & supportive team.

Role & Responsibilities:
Provide electrical & mechanical support & repairs for all high-speed production lines
Carry out PPM's, reactive maintenance & project work
Working on conveyors, pick & place robots, fillers, cappers, blister packers, extruders, mixers, labellers, wrappers, palletisers, stackers, automation & controls, PLC's, silos
Electrical & mechanical fault finding, diagnostics & repairs
Use of Piranha CMMS systems
Project work - machine upgrades, installations & continuous improvements
Improve equipment reliability and operational OEE of manufacturing plant
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Must be a multi-skilled engineer - electrical, mechanical, machining, fabrication & welding
Ideally have completed an accredited apprenticeship to level 3 electrical standards
HNC qualified preferred
Strong electrical & mechanical fault finding & root cause analysis skills
Experience of working in high-speed FMCG manufacturing
PLC - electrical fault-finding skills
Beneficial to have use Piranha CMMS system
Team player, driven & enthusiastic
Have been involved with project work and continuous improvement activities
Essential to have worked on high-speed packaging & production machinery
Any experience of dealing with site services/facilities maintenance would be an advantage
