McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join their team at our Mandeville Court development in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
You must have previous experience of working in the UK in a Senior Care position and have a minimum of L2 in Health and Social Care to be considered for this role. McCarthy Stone do not offer sponsorship; we will only be considering UK based applications.
This is not traditional care, this is better!
Base Salary: £14.47 per hour day rate and £11.82 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below).
Hours: Flexible (to be agreed with the Estate Managers and Operations Manager, including day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends)
Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or 16:15 to 09:30.
Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.
Relief Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support to homeowners during that period.
