Role Summary
Hiring Type Rated H175 Pilots!

CHC Helicopters are seeking qualified pilots to support our Aberdeen Oil and Gas Operation.
We offer a highly competitive starting salary depending on experience, and we a willing to sponsor the right applicant that does not currently have the right to live and work in the UK. (But they must have a UK CAA licence.)
Predominantly we are looking for H175 but will also consider S92 type rated pilots.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for operating their assigned aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in strict compliance with CHC operational standards and all applicable regulations
2. Support the aircraft commander in a safe operation of flights
3. Ensure safety and customer service is at the forefront in everything they do, both inside and outside the aircraft
4. Facilitate the communications with the customer and ensure CHC is represented in a professional manner
5. Maintain situational awareness throughout the entire operational region with respect to weather conditions, NOTAMs, sea state and customer offshore facility status
6. Stay up to date on all operational and safety procedures
7. Comply with other duties and assignments as determined by the Flight Operations Management team
8. Work base will be Aberdeen (S92 & H175), but secondments to other operating bases are possible
9. Roster available are either 7/7 or 12/9
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Minimum Qualifications
10. A valid UK ATPL (H) or CPL(H) with ATPL (H) Theoretical exams
11. A valid Multi Engine Instrument rating (H) with Performance Based Navigation (PBN)
12. A valid UK Class 1 Medical
13. English Proficiency Level 4 minimum, 5 or 6 preferred
Preferred Qualifications
14. A type rating on S92, EC175 & AW139
15. Previous experience working with Offshore Oil and Gas
16. A minimum of 500 hours on a Multi Engine
17. A Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course (H)
Attributes
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
19. Be organised and able to work with a large and varied workload
20. Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team
21. Be IT literate to be able to work with CHC IT systems such as for flight planning and rostering
22. Living or willing to live within 1 hr travel distance from the allocated base is desirable
