* Coordinate and oversee the integration of different systems and processes, ensuring seamless functionality and communication.
* Act as System Engineering Lead by ensuring the systems meet requirements, and manage risk throughout the lifecycle.
* Serve as technical point of contact for stakeholders.
* Lead assumptions for all technical issues across projects/programmes.
* Support and develop technical Integration strategies, activity guides, and process maps in collaboration with design partners, managing requirements and interfaces.
* Work alongside SMEs to support configuration management, baseline, and change controls, ensuring consistency across projects.
* Manage the status of technical assumptions and requirements outputs, providing KPI metrics and reporting to project teams and SLT.
* Collaborate with Senior PMs to define project tools and manage those proposed tools.
* Support the establishment of ‘Communities of Practice’ for necessary functions.
* Define project-level partner processes and RACI matrices, and internal workflows for operations in collaboration with FM advisory roles.
* Create/support technical integration management plans, workflows, and tools at partner and project levels.
* Design and monitor configuration trackers monthly at project and programme level.
* Report weekly and monthly to functional leadership.
* Disseminate knowledge regarding Technical Assumptions Management, Requirement Management, and System Engineering.
* Outline processes for coordinating key integrations and dependencies.
* Provide technical support for partner systems and tools, developing data exchange processes.
* Ensure compliance with governance processes, including stage gates and technical readiness.
* Establish, capture, and articulate process maps and activity guides supporting PMO team alignment and KPIs.
* Leverage best practices from the 'Centre of Excellence' for stakeholder management.

Qualifications and Experience
* System thinking, understanding interactions and functions as a whole.
* Requirements and acceptance management, with a focus on schedule and risk.
* Knowledge of requirements management and master data governance.
* Experience in interface management with stakeholders.
* Passion, inclusivity, excellence, integrity, and sustainability mindset.
* A technical degree or equivalent experience, preferably with an APC.
* Relevant experience in requirements and acceptance management, ideally in construction or consultancy sectors.
* Experience in nuclear or high-security sectors is desirable.
* DV level security clearance is required.
Additional Skills
* Membership in professional bodies like RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent.
* Deep expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
* Strong commercial, financial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations in projects.
