Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and document preparation
* Manage schedules and organise meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and communication
* Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required
* Maintain an organised workspace to enhance productivity
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
* Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
* Previous clerical experience will be considered an asset
