Lets be real for a second- if youre an Electrical Engineer looking for a role that ticks all the boxes, then this is it.
Heres the deal: £42,500 a year, days only (no shifts), and a solid work-life balance Monday to Friday. Oh, and youll only be on call 1 week in 5.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Servicing and repairing a variety of production machines and their control systems- think PLCs, computer controls, plant services, and more.
* Youll be fault finding and fixing issues across production lines, control systems, and plant services.
* Testing electrical installations with all the right tools- no shortcuts.
* Preventative maintenance on process systems, safety systems, and electrical distribution.
* Running small projects from design, build, install, to commission.
* Designing simple electrical control systems-youll take the lead in producing drawings, sourcing parts, and getting things up and running.
What Were Looking For:
1. Recognised qualifications (Apprenticeship, BTEC, C&G, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering)
2. Proven track record in servicing and maintaining production plant systems (think PLCs, VSDs, soft starts, and process controls).
