Job title: LECTURER - ENDEAVOUR
Location: KING'S LYNN AND WISBECH
Hours: 18.5 (0.5 FTE)
Salary: £15,265 - £19,250 (£30,530 - £38,500 FTE)
Responsibilities
 * Maintain a supportive and positive learning environment to develop study skills and raise attainment and self-confidence for learners.
 * Support learners towards City & Guilds qualifications through 7-week blocks of lessons, enabling progression from Entry Level through to Level 2.
 * Help learners develop valuable life, communication, study and employability skills alongside obtaining English and maths qualifications.
 * Collaborate with the Endeavour team and colleagues across College of West Anglia to provide learners with employability skills, personal development, and guidance on further study or employment.
 * Contribute to a positive work-life balance and participate in flexible working opportunities, including job sharing where appropriate.
 * Adhere to salary and qualification expectations: appointments at higher salary points typically require a level 5 teaching qualification and relevant experience.
Requirements
 * Teaching qualification and experience (level 5 teaching qualification preferred for higher salary points).
 * Right to work in teaching role in the UK and commitment to safeguarding policies.
