The primary focus of the role will be ensuring the smooth running of the cocktail bar; ensuring all stock is up-to-date, the area is well presented and ensuring guests receive a high standard of service. You will also provide support to the wider Food and Beverage Team, covering service in the Lounges and Restaurants as required. You will work with the F&B Managers in developing seasonal cocktails and bar promotions.
Bar Person Key Attributes
1. Sound knowledge of cocktail work and UK Licensing regulations, a personal license would be an advantage, but not essential.
2. Previous experience in a hotel bar with high service standards would be preferred
3. Excellent command of the English language and right to work in the UK
4. Be extremely well presented
5. Attention to detail and the drive to deliver exceptional customer care at every interaction
Due to our rural location you will need your own transport
