Looking for a part-time Admin/Finance candidate for the company that delivers advanced optical security solutions that detect and neutralise hidden surveillance threats. They are trusted by government, defence, and corporate sectors, it ensures stronger situational awareness and operational integrity.
Manage day-to-day invoicing and purchasing activities using Xero accounting software. Oversee VAT tracking, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. Coordinate travel and hotel bookings for contractors and team members. Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth operational organisation.
SKILLS:
* Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
* Experience in Invoicing.
* Attention to detail with financial and administrative tasks.
* Experience booking travel and managing logistics.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise across multiple tasks.
