What you’ll do
6. Manage Housing applications for new and existing customers in the region.
7. Support housing managers with their patches to improve waiting lists and property demand.
8. Handle tasks like managing voids, terminations and digital house files.
9. Complete and record salesforce contacts.
10. Keep admin up to date, including records, open housing, and manage property adverts on the Home Group website.

You have
11. A positive, can-do attitude, stay organised and take initiative
12. A real passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
13. Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business and external partners
14. Knowledge of housing management and housing law, allocations & lettings is a bonus, not a must
15. The ability to use technology to navigate our systems and update customer records
16. An appreciation that this is a role where you’ll spend much of your time lone working.

The practical bits
17. You'll be based in Belmont Business Park, Durham
18. Hybrid role with minimum 1 day in the office, 4 days working at home.
19. We mainly work Monday to Friday and work occasional evenings to meet with customers. The great news is that you’ll be able to shape your own diary
20. You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
21. You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that
