Overtime paid at time and a half after 42.5 standard weekly hours Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 07:00–16:00. About the Role: We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced food production factory in Exeter. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited to reliable individuals who enjoy active work and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
