Salary:Up to £60,000 + bonuses

Were seeking an exceptionalRegistered Home Managerto lead a childrens residential service providing high-quality, therapeutic care for young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse. Key Responsibilities
* Provide full operational leadership of the childrens home
* Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing care team
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management
* Collaborate with education and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care
* Promote the service with internal and external stakeholders
* Produce reports and performance data aligned with KPIs
* Drive continuous service improvement and quality standards
* Contribute to wider organisational development initiatives
About You
* A child-centred leader with a passion for achieving exceptional outcomes
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years as a Deputy Manager ready to progress
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic care approaches.
