About the Role
Vision for Education are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at a welcoming primary school in Ashford.
This rewarding role involves working closely with young children who may have additional needs such as Autism (ASC), Speech and Language Delay, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. You will support learning, encourage independence, and provide tailored interventions that help every child thrive in a nurturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
1. Have experience supporting children in Early Years, ideally with SEN.
2. Be patient, nurturing, and committed to helping young children develop both academically and socially.
3. Be confident supporting children 1:1 or in small groups.
4. Have a positive, proactive attitude and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).
6. A relevant childcare or teaching assistant qualification (Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential.
