AV Project Coordinator Location: Dundee Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive AV Project Coordinator to join our growing Projects team. This is a key role supporting the successful delivery of audio-visual projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll be at the heart of project operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating documentation and procurement to supporting project managers and maintaining accurate records, your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential. Core Responsibilities Setting up and maintaining accurate project administration across Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and email Raising and managing purchase orders (PORs) in line with internal processes Coordinating material deliveries and site logistics Supporting Project Managers with labour requests and scheduling Creating and managing key project documentation, including RAMS and O&M manuals Acting as a primary point of contact for documentation requests Maintaining up-to-date project records, including cost tracking (CTCs) and delivery status Creating and managing project folders, Teams channels, and documentation structures Supporting communication across internal teams and external stakeholders What We're Looking For Essential Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams Previous experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technical or engineering environment Excellent communication skills—able to share complex information clearly both verbally and in writing Strong collaboration skills, particularly when working with project and technical teams Highly organised with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset Resilient and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Process-driven, professional, and positive in all interactions Must hold a clean UK driving licence Desirable: Interest in AV systems/ technology projects Familiarity with documentation processes related to installation or construction projects What’s in It for You Competitive salary and benefits package Genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing business The chance to work on high-profile, technically interesting projects A supportive, experienced team that values planning, professionalism, and quality We’re expanding, innovating, and building for the future — and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
