We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Inbound Internal Sales Team Leader to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role can offer excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Applicants will need to have Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience from within telephone sales and/or contact centre customer service environment. A full induction and training programme will be provided. This is very much a “hands on” role with approx. 30% of time focussed on team leadership. This role would suit candidates with experience as an Inbound Sales Team Leader, Internal Sales Team Leader, Account Manager, Telesales Team Leader or Customer Service Team Leader. The role Team Leader responsibilities: Your role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. You will lead and support a small team, monitoring their performance and providing strategic direction to help achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
