Job Description
Our client is continuing to grow and is now seeking an experienced Valuer with a strong track record across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with genuine progression prospects, helping to expand the Bath and Bristol portfolio within a firm known for investing in its people and supporting long-term career development.
As a Valuer, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality valuation services while contributing to the growth of the regional team. You will be supported by a senior valuer and given the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you develop.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out valuations for commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties in line with RICS standards.
* Complete valuations for panel-based secured lending.
* Deliver consistent, accurate, and reliable work to support the firm's ongoing growth.
* Work under the guidance and mentorship of a senior valuer.
* Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring a professional and transparent service.
Skills & Experience Required
* RICS Registered Valuer (essential).
* Strong background in commercial and residential valuations.
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
* Ambitious, proactive, and ready to advance in your career.
* Full UK driving licence.
