Automotive Paint Sprayer – Join Our Preperation Refinishing Team
We're seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Sprayer to bring precision, expertise, and pride to our refinishing department. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for producing flawless, showroom-quality finishes, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare vehicle surfaces (masking, sanding, degreasing, priming) to the highest standards.
* Apply base coats, clear coats, and custom/specialist finishes using professional spray booths and equipment.
* Carry out panel blending, spot repairs, and full resprays with precision.
* Inspect completed work for accuracy in colour and finish; carry out refinements or touch-ups if required.
* Maintain spray guns, booths, and work areas to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer or in a similar refinishing role.
* Strong knowledge of preparation, masking, colour matching, and finishing techniques.
* Confident in using spray guns, air tools, and refinishing equipment.
* Physically able to meet the demands of the role (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks).
* A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to perfection.
* Able to follow work instructions and job cards with accuracy.
* A reliable team player with strong communication skills.
