As EMEA Lease Construction expands, DCI seeks a Regional Lessor Performance Improvement Manager to ensure Lessors implement project management best practices, meet oversight and reporting requirements, and deliver quality projects on time.

This role involves working with DCI, DCBM, and stakeholders to develop oversight and reporting standards. The candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills, along with business acumen and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the EMEA Data Centre Integration Regional Director, the individual should have a background in DC or similar industrial facilities delivery, client-facing business unit experience, and onsite construction management expertise, preferably in EMEA or AMER regions.

Microsoft is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment aligned with its values.

* At least 7 years of senior client-facing EPC project management experience, or 3 years client-facing plus 4 years on-site management of large DC or MEP projects.
* Background in Construction Management, Architecture, or MEP.
* Experience in planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and mitigation.
* Proven ability to manage safety, schedule, quality, and to report effectively.
* Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

The manager will work with DCI and stakeholders to develop safety, schedule, and quality delivery standards, as well as business OKRs and KPIs, focusing on improving lessor performance in safety, cost, schedule, and quality. They will review Lessor delivery KPIs, conduct regular project delivery reviews, and ensure Lessors' processes meet KPIs for existing and forecasted capacities. Where KPIs are not met, they will implement Project Delivery Improvement Plans to enhance performance.

Benefits and perks vary by country and employment nature, including healthcare, educational resources, discounts, savings plans, parental leave, generous time off, giving programs, and networking opportunities.
