We are seeking a Teaching Assistant (TA) to start in September at Deeplish Primary Academy. The role involves initially covering lessons in Early Years and leading aspects of school life, such as interventions.

Our goal is to ensure children thrive by feeling safe, having fun, and experiencing success. We aim to make their time memorable, building on their knowledge and fostering lifelong learning.

We highly value the partnership between home and school, encouraging parental involvement. Collaboration among staff, parents, governors, and stakeholders is essential. Children's social, emotional, and academic development are our priorities.

The ideal candidate is a good communicator, team player, child-centered, reliable, and able to meet deadlines. They should have or be willing to obtain first aid certification, a Level 1 qualification in English and maths, and a relevant Level 2 qualification.

Experience in teaching across the whole school, planning, delivering, and assessing pupil interventions with positive impact is desirable. The role is based at Deeplish Primary Academy but may involve travel within the trust.
