Are you a practical, reliable AV Engineer looking for a varied role? Our client is seeking a hands-on engineer to support both field-based work and workshop operations, repairing and maintaining a range of audio-visual equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of AV equipment (projectors, screens, amplifiers, etc.)
* Carry out repairs on-site at customer locations and within the workshop
* Handle equipment that may be heavy or awkwardly shaped
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and service activities
* Assist in the workshop or warehouse during quieter periods
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in AV equipment repair (essential)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence (field work required)
* Physically fit role involves heavy lifting and handling large or awkward items
* Proactive, customer-focused approach
* Printer repair knowledge xsngvjr (desirable but not essential
