Our client Salford City Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families
* Develop, implement, and review care and support plans
* Safeguard children and ensure their welfare is protected
* Work closely with multi-agency partners (health, education, and support services)
* Support families with short breaks, direct payments, and specialist services
* Manage a caseload, including children in need, child protection, and looked-after children
* Maintain accurate records and complete reports for meetings or court when required
