About the Role:You'll support children with complex learning needs including autism, severe learning difficulties, ADHD, and profound needs. This is a role for a teacher who values inclusivity and thrives in a nurturing, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver lessons that are accessible for all learners
* Use a variety of teaching approaches tailored to SEN pupils
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom
* Respond to behavioural challenges with empathy
* Support with physical or personal care if needed
To Be Considered You Must:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be DBS-registered or willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
* Have prior SEN teaching experience
* Be confident in behaviour management and curriculum adaptation
* Be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
