A client of ours, a well-respected financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Direct Distribution Branch Manager to lead one of their key branches. The Role
You will be responsible for all aspects of branch performance — from achieving business objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance to delivering exceptional member service. You’ll be the visible face of the branch, building relationships with the community, creating partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.

* Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior customer-facing leadership role
* Strong track record of delivering growth, achieving targets, and leading high-performing team.
* Excellent commercial awareness and ability to spot new business opportunities
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
* Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, operational controls, and risk management
* Leadership or Management qualification

* Oversee quality assurance checks and maintain operational controls
* Handle member queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
* Build strong community relationships and develop new partnerships

* Manage HR processes, including performance reviews, absence, and development planning
