Teamforce Labour is currently recruiting for an experienced Gantry Crane Operator to join a major civil engineering project in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable operator to work with one of the UK’s leading civil engineering contractors. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate gantry cranes in line with site requirements and lifting plans. Conduct pre-use checks and ensure the safe working condition of the crane. Work closely with lifting teams, slinger/signallers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth and safe operations. Comply with all health and safety regulations, site rules, and company procedures. Assist with general site duties when required. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience operating gantry cranes in a civil engineering or construction environment. Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) card. Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety standards. Excellent reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
