The ideal candidate will provide personalised support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and enhancing their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities across a variety of settings, including their homes, communities, and residential facilities.
* Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household activities.
* Encourage independence and promote a positive, supportive environment.
