An established and growing law firm in Hampshire is looking to engage an experienced Hybrid Locum Residential Conveyancers (Full time or Part time) to provide short to medium-term support to a busy team.
The position offers flexibility around working arrangements, with a mix of home and office-based working available.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision.
The role is ideally suited to a locum who is comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, attending the office as required while also working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Handling transactions including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages/Tranfers of equity
* Auction Work
* Progressing files efficiently from instruction through to completion
* Maintaining clear communication with clients and the wider team
* Working in line with established processes and compliance standards
Experience Required
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience)
* Proven ability to manage a full residential caseload independently
* Experience working within a busy conveyancing environment
* Confident working with case management systems and hybrid working setups
* Able to integrate quickly into an existing team with minimal onboarding
Working Arrangements
* Hybrid working model (home and Hampshire-based office)
* Full-time or Part time considered, though some flexibility may be considered
* Ongoing locum assignment with potential to extend
