Job Title: Energy Adviser
Salary: £27,400 per annum pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week (Full time)
Contract: Permanent
Responsible to: Energy Project Manager
Employed by: Coventry Citizens Advice (CCA)
Based at: Coventry Citizens Advice (Office and remote working)

Main Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality, energy advice and support to vulnerable residents across Coventry, helping them reduce energy costs, manage fuel debt, improve energy efficiency, and stay warm and financially stable. The adviser will provide one-to-one support, outreach sessions, and follow-up interventions while meeting project targets and maintaining accurate case records.
