We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team! The role is key in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for our service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a passion for driving change, who can use their business analysis skills and expertise to coach and mentor others.

Our Lead Business Analysts play a key role in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for these service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework. We would love you to be part of our team.
The Lead Business Analysts report to the Head of Business Analysis and work closely with stakeholders and aligned professions including Agile Delivery Management, Product Management, User Centred Design, Project Management, Architecture and Software Development.
Key Responsibilities
* Have expert Business Analysis skills.
* Lead and coach others to increase professionalism.
* Communicate clearly, describing complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisation.
* Work with aligned professional communities.
* Oversee senior business analysts, their role, assignments, development and performance.

We're looking for the following experience and technical skills, which will be assessed at sift and at interview.
Experience
* Has acquired the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
* Proficient in using SQL and/or JSON to interrogate data and solve live issues.
* Has experience in contributing to delivery plans to support strategic aims.
* Has experience of working on business/service improvements.
* Has experience of mapping business processes and systems modelling including skills to mentor others in business modelling.
* Can build good relationships with business teams.
* Has experience of discussing requirements with diverse user groups to establish deliverables.
* Will be a role model to define, drive and support change.
* Has experience of leading or managing business analysts.
Qualifications
BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
