As a Family Solicitor, you'll provide expert advice on a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements. You'll manage your own caseload, work closely with clients, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Advising clients on divorce, financial remedies, and child arrangements
* Drafting legal documents and managing cases from start to finish
* Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings
* Building strong client relationships and supporting business development

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
* Resolution membership or willingness to join
