Based in Central London, our small, innovative, dynamic and creative team is looking to recruit a like minded individual to join our team in the office as our first point of contact with Clients and assist us in a wide range of tasks in all departments. This is a fun challenging and exciting role for the right candidate.
The Role:
O Main Reception – Phone answering / directing.
O Client greeting / Meeting prep
O Customer service
O Order taking / Entry / Sales Quoting
O Database management / General / Sales Administration.
O Support Sales and Ops team and MD
O Assisting / Coordinating MD in every day activities.
O Running MD - Diary / Emails / Expenses / General Admin.
The right candidate will have the following attributes:
O Computer literate - Efficient in Microsoft Office.
O Professional phone manner
O Proven customer service experience
O Initiative – Self Motivated
O Must have a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude towards fulfilling role.
O Events industry experience (preferable)
O Ambition to grow with the business or career.
O PA experience an advantage
The company is fun and the work environment inclusive and supportive.
