This role is open to both mid-level and senior professionals and offers significant opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic and supportive environment.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in ensuring financial control and efficiency across a portfolio of projects. You’ll be involved from pre-construction through to completion, taking ownership of cost management, procurement, and commercial reporting.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for labour, materials, and timelines.\n\n * \n\n Act as the lead commercial contact for assigned projects, advising on optimal financial strategies.\n\n * \n\n Manage and monitor costs through all phases of project delivery.\n\n * \n\n Support procurement processes and provide advice on variations and cost implications.\n\n * \n\n Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and updates to the Commercial Manager.\n\n * \n\n Oversee sub-contractor procurement, selection, and package management.\n\n * \n\n Manage variations, change orders, and commercial claims.\n\n * \n\n Ensure value for money while upholding quality and compliance standards.\n\n * \n\n Monitor and manage project cash flow, including order approvals and invoice tracking.\n\n * \n\n Prepare and submit monthly applications for client payments, ensuring timely recovery of funds.\n\n * \n\n Assess and certify subcontractor valuations in line with progress and contractual terms.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Minimum 5 years’ experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.\n\n * \n\n Relevant academic qualifications (Degree, HNC, or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline).\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial acumen with excellent cost analysis and negotiation skills.\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.\n\n * \n\n Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary and benefits package.\n\n * \n\n The opportunity to work on varied and high-value projects.\n\n * \n\n Clear career progression within a respected and expanding business
