A highly regarded offshore firm is looking to appoint an Associate into its specialist Restructuring & Insolvency team, recognised for complex insolvency, restructuring and asset recovery matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-based lawyer with insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation experience who wants to move into a genuinely international practice. The team advises on contentious, non-contentious and multi-jurisdictional matters, acting for insolvency officeholders, lenders, distressed companies, boards, creditors, investors and other stakeholders. The role will involve a broad mix of formal insolvency appointments, restructurings, enforcement, asset tracing and recovery, security enforcement and wider advisory work involving Guernsey entities. Matters are often cross-border and require close coordination with onshore counsel, giving associates direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility from an early stage. This is not a role where you disappear into a large institutional team. The group is lean, highly regarded and technically strong, with real visibility in the market.
