We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join a brilliant team in Bradford. The Planner is responsible for scheduling maintenance visits and appointments and ensuring they are compliant with industry / company standards, customer service level agreements / expectations and KPI's.
What you'll be doing
* Contact clients to schedule appointments for inspectors to visit premises.
* Allocate / plan jobs to achieve company goals and time limits.
* Communicate jobs to inspectors in a timely manner.
* Maintain the Master Planning Schedule.
* Reschedule and document cancelled appointments
* Co-ordinate with operatives, inspectors and other team members to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery.
What you'll need
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deal with complex and frustrating situations.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Competent user of Excel.
* Computer literacy for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
