We are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilities to live a fulfilled and enriched life in the community. Hours: Full and part time hours available across 7 days including sleep in shifts. 74 per hour and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 45p per mile

This is a brand-new service for Cartrefi so you'll be joining us at an exciting time to really help us shape this new caring support service. There will be plenty of opportunities for your own personal growth as we work out together what works well for the new service as it develops.
In this role, you'll be supporting 2 males in a 24-hour supported living service in their own homes. You'll support them to make their own choices-whether it's everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage their finances, or where to go on holiday. Personal care is involved.
As a trusted Support Worker, you'll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You'll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family.
Your goal is to make ' everyday remarkable' through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. By offering this kind of person-centred support every day, this is truly a rewarding and fun role for the right person.
No experience is required as full is training provided. can support a person with their intimate personal care with respect and dignity
